For investors

Hospitality assets.
An operating strategy from day one.

For investors acquiring, repositioning or developing C1 hotel and aparthotel assets. We assess the opportunity, define the value-creation route and support delivery through to operating performance.

A considered route before commitment

Start with the asset.
Not a pre-selected service.

We begin with the asset, its operating context and the investor’s objectives—not a pre-selected service. The Strategic Asset Snapshot provides the starting point for a focused decision on the right next step.

The right route depends on the asset, permissions, capital structure and operating evidence. No income or value outcome is assumed.

A defined role, not a generic deal service

Strategic and operating.
Not brokerage.

Kantarigan acts as a strategic and operating partner, not a broker or one-off deal introducer. The route, roles, specialist advisers and fees are agreed only after the initial diagnosis.

We may work alongside experienced legal, planning, technical, financial and operating specialists where the asset requires it.

Useful answers

Investment decisions, considered.

What types of assets do you assess?

Our primary focus is C1 hotel, aparthotel and hospitality-led assets. We may also review a C3 opportunity where a C3-to-C1 conversion route, control structure and permissions can be properly established.

Do you offer property sourcing?

No. Kantarigan is not a broker or a generic deal-introducer. We assess an asset or opportunity against an agreed strategic brief and may coordinate specialist advisers or operators through a defined mandate.

Can Kantarigan support after acquisition?

Where appropriate, support can continue through Investment Management, Development Management, Asset Management, Hospitality Management, or Operator Selection & Brand Placement. The right scope is agreed only after the initial review.

What happens after the Strategic Asset Snapshot?

If the opportunity is suitable, we set out the next recommended scope, responsibilities and commercial basis. A Snapshot does not commit either party to a further appointment.
