Explore our operating approach →For a single hotel, aparthotel or a portfolio, the fee proposal reflects asset scale, room or unit count, operating complexity and the services required.
Share your room or unit count, current operating position and management requirements. We assess the asset as a whole before defining responsibilities and fees.
Tell us about each asset and the services that can be coordinated across the portfolio. The proposal specifies how scale and delivery resources affect the fee.
The management fee is distinct from housekeeping, linen and laundry, repairs, booking-channel charges, staffing, mobilisation and owner-funded expenditure. Your quotation identifies inclusions, separately funded costs, VAT treatment and approval limits.
Maintenance coordination covers defect reporting, supplier coordination and approved works; repair costs are only included where expressly stated. Any alternative fee structure requires a separate agreement.
Share your C1 property details for suitability and income assessment before a management proposal.
